  • 3 day boot camp from Friday to Monday with excellent training each day. Equally concentrating on cardio, strength, and flexibility.
  • Beautiful walks in the local Somerset Countryside
  • Full access to all our grounds and gardens.
  • A choice of accommodation – singles, twins, triples or shared room of six. (Solo travellers can still choose any room and we shall partner you with a fellow client)
  • You shall be following the New You Boot Camp Therapeutic Nutritional Programme during your stay.
  • All food, drinks and training are included in the advertised prices.
  • Holistic therapies, massages and treatments are available on site to support you in your healthy journey – a wonderful addition to your boot camp experience.

Our top chef’s serve delicious therapeutic food every day, breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks.

Our trainers concentrate equally on cardio, strength and conditioning and flexibility.

Where is the boot camp? 

Set near Yeovil, in a village called, Sparkford, Somerset. Surrounded by the beautiful Somerset countryside and is only  approximately 150 minutes from London.

What could I expect to accomplish? 

In just three days you will feel brighter, more healthy and more energised. The short 3 day break we offer is a fabulous solution to allow you to reset in today ever moving world and day to day grind.
