- 3 day boot camp from Tuesday to Friday with excellent training each day. Equally concentrating on cardio, strength, and flexibility.

Where is the boot camp?
Set near Yeovil, in a village called, Sparkford, Somerset. Surrounded by the beautiful Somerset countryside and is only approximately 150 minutes from London.
