What could I expect to accomplish?
Some of you may not want to lose weight or have the fat reserves to lose weight. We will ensure that you are on our weightloss boot camp nutrition plan. Our average weight loss is 9.2lbs per person per bootcamp, and an overall average inch loss of 9 for those that follow the original therapeutic boot camp diet plan.*( Individual results may vary )
